High-Performance ANB Rubber Shock Buffers
The ANB Buffer features a cylindrical rubber body bonded to a steel square baseplate, with fixing holes at each corner. Utilizing a special high-hysteresis rubber compound, it maximizes energy absorption efficiency. This design allows for simpler, lighter structures in new machine developments, potentially reducing costs.
The rubber in the ANB buffer absorbs significant energy due to its dynamic stiffness, which is greater under dynamic loads than under static or pseudo-static conditions. This property enables more energy absorption for the same level of deformation. The ANB shock buffer effectively controls the movement of equipment or machine parts.
